2020 Goal # 2
Goal number 2 for 2020 is walking 10,000 steps per day. So why did I choose this goal? Well I want to get more active. I feel like it is an easy way to check my activity. I want to make sure as a family we are moving and going. If I set a goal for myself, it will effect everyone else too. It’s going to be fun! I envision some hiking, lots of walking, and hopefully running. I cannot wait for this adventure of seeing where 10,000 steps per day will take us and what fun things we will do.
